My Daily Routine to Maximize Energy and Focus

 # My Daily Routine to Maximize Energy and Focus

Productivity doesn't start with caffeine or a to-do list.

For me, it starts **before** the day even begins.

Here's the routine I've been following to stay energized, sharp, and clear-headed.

---

## 🛏 1. Make My Bed, Then Meditate (2–5 Minutes)

As soon as I wake up, I make my bed. It's a small act of order that sets the tone for the rest of the day.

Then, I sit quietly. No phone. No stimulation.

Just **2 to 5 minutes** of breath awareness or intention-setting.

> It helps calm the mind before the noise begins.

"A person sitting quietly with a warm mug of salt tea, bathed in soft morning light."

## ☕ 2. Morning Salt Tea, Not Coffee

Lately, I've been experimenting with something called **salt tea**—

a cup of warm water with **1 tsp of high-quality salt** dissolved in it.

Why? Because the electrolyte balance helps “wake up” my body and brain more gently than caffeine.

> It’s surprisingly refreshing and supports hydration too.

## 🏃‍♂️ 3. Move — Slow Jogging or Kettlebell Swings

In the morning, I go for a light jog or do a few sets of kettlebell swings.

Just enough to break a sweat, wake up my body, and build momentum.

If I can't move in the morning, I do it in the **afternoon** instead — movement **must** happen daily.

---

## 🏓 4. Ping Pong After Dinner

In the evening, I play a few rounds of ping pong with coworkers.

It helps:

- Burn post-meal glucose

- Release endorphins

- Stay social without screens

> It’s fun and far more energizing than mindless scrolling.

---

## 🌙 5. Wind Down + Vitamin C Mega-Dose

1 hour before bed, I **avoid screens** and **limit stimulation**.

I take a **high dose of vitamin C** (in powder or tablet form) with each meal, and one more before bed.

> It supports recovery and leaves me feeling refreshed the next morning.

---

## 💬 Final Thought

Productivity is not just about doing more.

It’s about protecting your **energy**, **clarity**, and **focus**.

These habits don’t take much time, but they completely change how my day flows.

Try just one of them — and feel the difference.
